At FitQuest Fitness we LOVE group fitness and strive each and every day to provide our class participants with an incredible workout experience!

Classes are FREE with your FitQuest Fitness membership (with the exception of kids classes) but you don't have to be a member to enjoy our incredible classes! You can drop in and take any of our classes and pay ONLY $6 at the door OR get a FitQuest Fitness Class Punch Card and pay $54 for 10 classes! (Punch card expires 2 months after purchase date)

OUR CLASSES ARE ONE OF A KIND!

We use the proven techniques of muscle confusion, interval training, intensity changes and an always changing delivery of exercises in our classes so that your body will not adapt and you will conitnue to get results. Find your inner athlete in classes that are truly different and creative. They will keep you coming back for more and that consistency combined with the effectiveness of our class formats is guaranteed to lead you to your health and fitness goals.                                    

Whether you're new to fitness or an experienced fitness enthusiast, you can take our classes and be challenged, reach your goals and have FUN!  

R.I.P.P.E.D. (60 min.) This is a total body, high intensity style program that utilizes free weights, resistance and body weight, and masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.--- Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance as the workout portion, along with Diet suggestions to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.  This class is for all levels, it's effective, it’s tough, and will absolutely challenge your levels of fitness and endurance!

Get Pumped (45 min.) Get Pumped is a group strength training class. This class will challenge and strengthen all your major muscle groups in a fun group environment. We use basic movements such as presses, curls, squats, etc., to create a super effective workout that REALLY works!

Fitness Toy Box(45 min.) We have lots of fun toys here at FitQuest. Fitness Toy Box is an innovative class that will work cardio, endurance, core and strength training. This class is a series of mini workouts each featuring a different toy, such as sandbags, medicine balls, bands, etc.

Tabata Intervals (30 min.) Tabata Intervals is a high-intensity interval training class that produces remarkable results. This sequence of high intensity training and rest produces incredible gains in endurance, builds lean muscle and speeds fat loss.

Step Intervals (60 min.)  This Free Style Intervals Step class is an intense aerobics class using the Step. Step aerobics burns 30 - 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks.

Pump Plus (45 min.) This class features time tested strength training principles such as pyramid sets, super sets and drop sets all done in a motivating and fun group environment. Add in bouts of cardio and you have a winner!

Yoga (60 min.) Fusing all levels from beginners to advanced. This multi-level style class introduces students to a series of sequences and poses. Participants will be offered modifications, as well as the opportunity to make their practice more athletic and vigorous. A consistent yoga practice will challenge your mind and body, while creating overall health and balance.

Combat (45 min.) A mixture of several martial arts practices and bodyweight exercises rolled into a single class.  We will utilize non-contact drills simulating moves from disciplines such as boxing, karate, muay thai and others.  All movement will have a core dynamic as this is a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT.  All fitness levels welcome.

Core Moves (15 min.) A strong core is the powerhouse of the body and the foundation of all movement, don’t ignore this crucial area! Creatively train your stabilizer muscles in this great class.

Zumba (60 min.)  Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

Kettlebells (60 min.) Kettlebells are one of the most exciting, fun and results-producing ways to exercise. This class does it ALL...You will burn fat, increase lean muscle, improve shape, increase range of motion and flexibility, improve conditioning and stamina, and help you achieve just about any fitness goal you may have! (THIS CLASS IS CURRENTLY ONLY AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS ~ NO WALK INS PLEASE)

Women's FIGHTFIT (60 min.) This is our newest cardio class involving heavy bags and stations! The class is low impact and is not extreme so all levels are welcome!

PiYo Strength (60 min.) This is a unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that's fun, challenging, and will make you sweat! No previous experience required.
